Fabulous Furball Fridays With Missy

Good morning Missians!

Happy Furball Friday!  I hope everyone has a fun and exciting weekend planned!  I don't have any definite plans yet, (other than The Missy Show), but I'm just happy the weekend is only hours away.
Remember to keep all your furballs warm and safe this winter season.  It's cold this morning in the deep South, so I know it's even worse in other parts of the country; so make sure your animal friends are inside and not left unattended with portable heating devices.

Just a reminder, tomorrow's episode will be about flea and tick treatments for your pet.  We'll be on at our same Bat time, same Bat station (some of you may be too young to know what that phrase is from).  If you're wondering which products are the best at treating flea and tick issues or need to know the best ways to protect your pet from these pests, make sure you check out tomorrow's show.  We also encourage you to participate and call in live if you would like to share your own experiences with flea and tick products, or ways you've protected your pet from them.

Next Saturday will be our 50th episode show!  Woo-hoo!  As mentioned in the previous blog post, we'll be discussing episodes 26-49 and giving you behind the scenes scoops.  You're also welcome to call in and ask myself or D any questions you may have about past episodes.  So join us March 14th and help us celebrate.

As always, we're still working hard to come up with fun and informative show topics.  As I mentioned in one of my Twitter posts, I find it interesting that our most highly rated episode to date has been the "Pets and the Paranormal" episode.  People are still listening to that one in the archives-- even now.  We did some other shows along those lines in October for our "Pet Spooktacular" series, and they did pretty well too--but still not as well as their predecessor.  So that's something we're keeping in mind.

October's a long way off, but we might have to pepper some more supernatural-themed episodes in the mix between now and then.  Let us know what you think.  Comment on the blog or hit us up on our Facebook page:  www.facebook.com/missy.show44
For anyone who missed "Pets and the Paranormal" (we aired it twice), you can check it out here:

Okay--that's it.  Until tomorrow, I wish you all a Fabulous Furball Friday!
This is your host J,
