Happy Furball Friday, Missians!
I hope everyone is having a Fantastic Friday so far. I just wanted to thank you guys for supporting yesterday's Featured Pet blog entry. It seemed to be very popular--which is a good thing, because we wanted to get the word out about Black Cat adoption. These animals deserve loving homes and affection, just as much as any other colored cat. I won't get on a soapbox about it, but if you are looking to adopt a cat, do consider a black kitty.
Also wanted to remind everyone that we won't have a Saturday show this week due to the Halloween holiday. Instead, the show will air tonight at 10pm Central. So be sure to join me and D for our "Animals in Horror: All Time Scariest Animal Movies," episode. It's the last episode this year in our October Pet Spook-tacular series. Tonight's topic also ties in perfectly with today's Pet Trivia question. Here goes:
What 80's "Animal Horror" movie is based off a novel by a best selling male author? You get extra points for naming the author too. The answer will be revealed on tonight's Missy Show episode. If you think you know the answer, you may tweet it to us at www.twitter.com/missyshow.
Okay, that's all for now. We look forward to potentially speaking with you guys tonight. Remember you can call in and tell us what you think is the scariest animal horror movie by dialing in at 347-838-8313, or just listen to me and D as we count down some of our scariest pet flicks.
Until tonight,
This is your host J,
