Hey Missians! I think you know what time it is! It's Mondo Missy Monday, and also time to meet more of the players from this year's Puppy and Kitten Bowls. Since we're running out of time, let's get straight into it. Let's start with our mini canines:
This is Dawson, representing Team Fluff. He's a 14 week old Jack Russell/Terrier mix. This cutie comes to us via Paw Works, California. Don't be shy little guy...
Our next gorgeous poser is Doobert. Doobert came from Green Dogs Unleashed Shelter in Virginia. He is a 15 week old English Pointer. He poses with all the assurance that he is beautiful--and that, he is. He's planning to bring home the trophy for Team Ruff.
Next up is, who I thought for sure would have been a Rottweiler, but is instead, a Burnese Mountain Dog Mix. This handsome guy goes by the name of Foster, and is 19 weeks old. His originating shelter is One Tail at a Time, Illinois--also Team Ruff.
This dog right here, is what I'd call, refined, reluctant, elegance. These are all the things that come to mind when I look at Hope's picture. Hope is a 19 week old, Labrador/Hound mix from Unleashed, New York. She's reppin' for Team Fluff.
Yay! Finally--one of our special needs pups. This spunky little gal is Lucky, playing for Team Fluff.
She's a 16 week old Terrier mix, from Operation Education Rescue, Tennessee.
What can I say? This guy has the kindest eyes, and actually reminds me a lot of a person. It's like he has a "little human face". His name is Max and he's bringing all his 13 weeks worth of charm to Team Fluff. Max is a Pit Bull mix from Morris Animal Refuge, Pennsylvania.
This dog so does not look like a Nikita to me. She looks more like a Crystal or Buffy. But no, this little snowball is Nikita. She is a Cocker Spaniel/Bichon Friese Mix. She's joining the talents of Team Fluff, courtesy of Florida Little Dog Rescue.
Now for some feline love, up in this joint.
All the kitten players have been added to Hallmark Channel's site now, I see. Okay, we got some catching up to do! Let's go...
Playing for The Last Hope Lions is Catsanova. Wonder if he's a lady's cat? And what's he thinking about so hard?
Up next is Julius Peepers--also playing for The Last Hope Lions. I can tell by his demeanor, this guy plans to go all the way:
Ready to go hard for Boomer's Bob Cat's is Hissing Bolt. He looks to the skies for inspiration, (and potential birds).
Sorry, Hissing Bolt, but your teammate here, may be the most handsome guy in the whole league. Introducing, Mr. Hairy Fitzgerald:
Uh oh. Get ready. Here comes the "Catillac". It's the one and only, Mew Brees, playing for The Home and Family Felines:
When you're as cool as this guy, who needs a freaking fancy name. His name's simply Frank--Frank the Cat:
