I hope all of you had an awesome Valentine's Day, and more importantly, learned something valuable about Pet Theft Awareness Day. Let's be proactive in keeping our fur-babies as safe as possible. Now it's another day, another holiday. Today is National Hippo Day! So here's to celebrating and honoring the "Water Horse". The second half of this post is to bring awareness to the issue Pet Dental Health. February is National Pet Oral Health Care Month and Pet Dental Health Month. Most of us are pretty good about taking our pets to the vet for check ups or if health problems arise, but many of us don't think about keeping up with our pets' oral health. It's usually only when dental problems are already present, that we take notice and seek help. But why not invest in a few preventative measures, so that problems don't arise in the first place?
