Happy Mondo Missy Monday!
I hope you guys are having better weather than we are, down here, (although I must say, the rain has let up a lot compared to what it was just two hours ago). D and I just wanted to apologize for having to cancel Saturday's episode. It was really disappointing, considering that was our first October Pet Spooktacular show for this year; but don't worry, we've rescheduled that episode, ("Spider-goats Revisited: Animals and Science Merge"), for Friday, October 20th. So, here is what our newly rearranged Pet Spooktacular schedule looks like:
This Friday, 7pm Central, (October 13th): Creepy Destinations: The Most Haunted Places Around the World.
Next Friday, 8pm Central, (October 20th): Spidergoats Revisited: Animals and Science Merge
Saturday, 5pm Central, (October 21st): The Creatures That Don't Exist: Creepy Cryptids Return
Saturday, 5pm Central, (October 28th): The History of Halloween: Is it Evil?
And of course, we'll still have our Featured Creature posts on their regular dates, (every Friday in October). This Friday's Featured Creature will be the Ghoul.
We didn't want to cancel the show, but we thought it would be for the best, considering how the weather was deteriorating and we weren't sure if we'd keep power. We're just very thankful and glad the damage wasn't very bad here. Mainly, we had some downed tree limbs and street signs, malfunctioning traffic lights, and some flooding in buildings in our downtown area; but as far I've heard, no one was hurt or killed. Prayers to those in any places that Nate hit, that didn't fare as well as we did. I'll just be happy when hurricane season is over! C'mon cold weather, (I like it as long as I don't have to be out in it for too long). Okay, with all that said...
