It's Wild Out Whiskers Wednesday, pet lovers!
Hope your Wednesday is off to a great start. As you can see from today's post title, we have a question for the day: And the question is, Are you a dog or cat person? I think most of you know that I adore cats. Don't get me started about what all I love about them. As a matter of fact, I've already done a past post about that. You can read it here:

And even thought my Missy Show co-host, D, is a "bone" a fide dog lover, we both love and advocate for all animals in general--and that's what really counts. But no matter what your preference, the main goal is to provide safe and loving homes for both dogs and cats--which brings us to our first combined Kitten and Puppy post. So whether you're a dog or cat lover, today you get your fill of both! Let's begin.
Our first animal is Tony Slo-Mo. This pink nosed little guy is one of this year's Kitten Bowl contenders:
Our next smooth kitty is another coach. Introducing Coach Fish Kelly. He's the leader of The Home and Family Felines. No doubt, he's on his A-game and ready to take on Coach Hairball and The Last Hope Lions. Who're you rooting for?
Now for some Wednesday Pooch Power!
Today's first Puppy Bowl Contender is Buttons, playing for Team Fluff. She's the most adorable little Pomeranian/Schnauzer mix. She looks like a cute little stuffed animal. Buttons is 12 weeks old and comes to us courtesy of Florida Little Dog Rescue. I wish I could have her!
Our next baby faced, long-legged contender, is 13 week old, Ms. Daisy Moses (I added the "Ms."). This Chihuahua mix is going to be roughing things up for Team Ruff. She hails from Last Hope K9 Shelter, Massachusetts:
Our last Puppy Bowl Pup is Daphne the Pitt Bull, playing for Team Ruff. Nineteen week old Daphne plays this year via Operation Education Animal Rescue, Tennessee. Is it me, or does she remind you of Petey from The Little Rascals? Love the tan and white face combo:
That's all for now little doggies. Join us on Friday for a combined Featured Animal and Pet Trivia post. And in case you're getting puppy and kitten overload, don't worry, Friday's post will be feature a different kind of animal.
So until then,
Have a fabulous Wednesday and Fursday!
